Why do I not win anything from the Black Market?

The Black Market system is a luck-based system where players purchase a crate knowing that they will receive three random items when they open any crate. This system is purely based on luck and there is no guarantee for any user to win a specific weapon from a crate. All players have the same chance of winning from these crates, and Z8Games Staff members do not and cannot increase, decrease, or manipulate the winning rate of any crate under any circumstances.
