Can I delete my account?

You can request for your account to be deleted on the 'My Account' page. You can 'Request to Delete your Account'.
You will be prompted to the support tickets section. Under 'Account Administration', you will see the option for 'Account Deactivation/Deletion'. You must provide the information to prove account ownership.
Once the account ownership is confirmed, the account will be in process of deletion.

Note that you have 30 days to change your mind about account deletion.

You can cancel the process by signing in to Z8Games with your account credentials and cancelling the deletion process. However, if you change your mind after 30 days, the account will be completely deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you cancel the deletion process before the 30 days and then request the account to be added to the deletion process again, you will have to wait 30 days from the newest request.
